With one specific episode now deemed ineligible, Gaiman argues that the entire series should now be eligible. This implies that there are still “Sandman” episodes eligible, and he hasn’t been eliminated entirely. Gaiman then goes on to accuse the Hugos of lacking transparency in their process.
