Featured Cosplayer: Synthetika Lynn

I’m Synthetika Lynn, an NSFW cosplayer and fitness model. When I was a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a model, but I often told people I wanted to be a doctor, lawyer, or firefighter. In reality, modeling was my true passion. I started modeling at 16, and now I have 13 years of experience.

One thing that’s for sure is that I’ve always been into self-expression. I find modeling to be a fantastic way to express myself. When I first saw pictures of people dressing up and bringing characters to life online, I was amazed and wanted to try it myself. My first cosplay was Chun Li, and I was immediately hooked. Cosplay became another outlet for my creativity, and I was eager to do more.

Bringing characters I love to life is deeply gratifying. I especially enjoy portraying lesser-known characters and creating my own original ones. I also like putting my spin on established characters, offering a unique perspective that adds to the creative freedom and passion in the cosplay community.

Although I’m a fitness model now, I didn’t always have a fitness lifestyle. I struggled with consistency, mindset, and knowledge about proper fitness routines. It wasn’t until 2020, when I faced a three-month bout of major depression, that I found the motivation to really push myself. Exercise and staying active were key to overcoming that dark period. Since then, I have explored various fitness paths, from powerlifting and CrossFit to bodybuilding. While I’m not a huge fan of CrossFit anymore, bodybuilding and strength training have helped me feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin.

Being in the best shape of my life has definitely carried over to my cosplays and other pursuits. The energy and confidence I gain from working out and staying fit fuel my creativity and help me bring my characters to life with passion and enthusiasm.

What I really want from all of this is to live a life doing what I love. I plan to offer prints and other merchandise in the near future. If you’d like to support me, check out my Fansly and Gumroad pages, or view my wishlist for more ways to contribute.
